Ellisha    Cecil

Ellisha Cecil has been serving in Honduras since February 2017.  Raised in Michigan, she received her Associates degree in Sign Language Interpreting from Lansing Community College in 2012.  After which, she worked as an educational sign language interpreter in the Michigan area for over five years before becoming a full time missionary.  She continues to maintain her national certification RID:K-12.  For several years she offered community sign language classes for family and friends of the Deaf in the Montcalm County area.  During her time as an educational interpreter, she would spend her summers volunteering with various Deaf ministry organizations both in the United States as well as in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, the Bahamas and Honduras, gleaning much wisdom that would be later used to begin Two Hands ministry in Honduras.
